Lightship Enterprises management team and advisors combine expertise from the Fintech/Banking, Media, Data Analytics/Distribution, Marketing, Finance, and multiple Technology market segments. They have a track record of proven exits and global experience developing brands and new markets, and also has senior-level Fortune 100 and 500 management experience, including operational experience in Malaysia, Singapore, India, UK, Australia, New Zealand, the EU, Switzerland, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel, Madagascar, The Democratic Republic of Congo, and the United States.

Andrew Casson | Chairman
Andrew founded Lightship Enterprises, a family and management office, in 2020 to focus on investing in cash-generating businesses in under-served niche markets. Previously, Andrew served as the Founding and Managing Partner of The Fresnel Companies, dedicating his career to entrepreneurial management and leadership while serving as the architect of multiple capital funding strategies and business ventures. Prior to forming The Fresnel Companies, Andrew founded and managed several successful start-ups in the financial, technology and communications industries, including serving as the CEO of Fleet Signal Corporation, a national public safety equipment provider to multiple states, municipalities and the federal government; CEO of Digitic Systems, LLC, a specialist in the workflow management software market, and as the CEO of C-Comm, Inc., focused on the telecommunications services industry. Additionally, Andrew serves on several private and public boards.
Louise Armstrong | Chief Financial Officer
Louise is a seasoned financial strategist and operations specialist with extensive experience across multiple industries, including SaaS, technology, professional services, manufacturing, and retail. With a strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach, Louise excels in financial strategy, business advisory, and implementing best practices to drive sustainable growth.
Before joining Lightship Enterprises, Louise held senior director roles at KPMG and Deloitte Private in Auckland, New Zealand, where she specialized in outsourced finance functions, virtual CFO services, and financial strategy for high-growth businesses. She is key to the operations and investor relations of both Lightship Enterprises and its individual portfolio companies.
George Sass Jr. | Portfolio Manager
For nearly 30 years, George has been a leader in media, marketing, and brand creation. His experience includes leadership roles with Times Mirror, Time Warner, Time Inc., Stockholm based Bonnier Corporation, Active Interest Media, as well as several start-ups within the media space. Additional experience includes living in Malaysia while Global Brand Director for a leading global luxury brand, and managing content and creative programs for Deer Valley, The Four Seasons Costa Palmas, and serving as Managing Director of Catapult Creative Labs in Boulder, Colorado. George served as an Expert-in- Residence for The Fresnel Companies and remains on the board of several private companies. He continues to serve as president of global communications firm Blue Creative Group, based in Chiasso, Switzerland and Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Barry Thompson | Chief Innovation Officer
Barry Thompson is a cross-sector innovator with over 30 years of experience driving disruptive growth in finance, defense, IT, energy, and material sciences. He advises companies across emerging sectors including Healthcare, Lifestyle, FinTech, Advanced Materials, and Alternative Energy, helping them scale through strategic and technological leadership.
His career began in IT consulting with projects in robotics and enterprise systems for clients like MCI and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He later spent decades in financial services, reshaping market structures at AIG, NatWest, Lehman, UBS, and multiple FinTech startups.
Barry is also a committed philanthropist, championing global innovation through funding models that have supported breakthroughs in commercial space, ocean exploration, and clean energy.

CEO With more than a decade of senior leadership experience across healthcare, retail, and hospitality, Liam specializes in driving growth and operational excellence for both established brands and high-growth start-ups. Previously, as General Manager at Tamaki Health, he oversaw a business with more than $100 million in annual revenue, leading large format teams and improving efficiencies to enhance patient care and shareholder returns.
He has previously held senior roles with Burger Fuel and Pita Pit New Zealand.

Colin brings to Castle Point Fitness extensive experience in senior management roles across retail, quick service restaurants and franchising. He has a proven ability to manage large-scale operations, build partnerships, negotiate contracts, and cultivate high-performing teams. Prior to joining Castle Point Fitness, he was General Manager of the Cheesecake Shop, Australasia’s leading specialty cake and dessert franchise system. He has also held senior roles at Olivers Real Food, Noel Leeming, Hell Pizza, and McDonald’s.

Gunther Mueller
President
Gunther has over 25 years of experience in Entrepreneurship, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, International Speaking & Training across multiple industries. Prior to joining Hydrologics tean, Gunther’s professional career spanned roles including owner of four Denver based restaurants, Director of Sales for Luna Rosters Gourmet Coffee & Tea Company, Regional VP for the Schwan Food Company, Regional US Sales Director for Siliken Solar headquartered in Spain, Executive Director of multiple Medical Clinics, Regional Sales Director for BioTE Medical, and Founder of The Vibrant Health Gurus Radio Show & Podcast. Gunther earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado – Boulder in Political Science. He is from Queens, New York, spent 25 years in Colorado, and now enjoys the American Southwest in Anthem, Arizona. He enjoys powder skiing, road biking, water skiing, hiking, kite boarding, and global travel, but most of all is proud to be the father of three amazing and accomplished children.

Ohm brings nearly three decades of experience of working in the municipal water and infrastructure industry across North America. His wealth of knowledge in this space allows Ohm to work with Hydrologics’ customers to develop customized solutions for their specific needs. Ohm joined the company through the acquisition of NO-DES and plays a key role in driving new revenue while supporting current clients.
